Carla Ann Horst, is Operations Manager and works to plant and spread SEEDS of Learning across the nation. Carla has two degrees: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University. She spent a decade working in the healthcare field before joining Seeds of Learning.

Her science background prompted Carla’s curiosity in the science behind the FluentSeeds model. A mother of three young boys, she understands firsthand the importance of creating a space where all children feel respected, capable and loved, in order to learn. She is passionate about spreading this model in early childhood education throughout the country. She is dedicated to making this possible for all children and her tenacity might just make that happen.
